Caring properly for your martial arts uniform is the most important step to ensuring its longevity.

We recommend you wash your uniform inside out, in cold water and with a simple laundry detergent. It is worthwhile to allow the uniform to presoak for around 20 minutes.

After the gentle machine cycle is complete, immediately remove your uniform and hang it out to dry. Avoid hanging the uniform in direct sunlight.

It is important that you do not put the uniform in a dryer, as this could cause damage and shrinkage.

If you feel your uniform needs whitening, add a little bleach to the machine. Please ensure you do not pour bleach directly onto the uniform.
